New Mothers Beware: 6 Kinds of Postpartum Conditions


Out of the instinct of motherly love, most mother will be very concerned with the baby while neglecting their own health. In terms of diet, the new mother have to eat bland foods and avoid onions, ginger, garlic, etc.. Seaweed salad or stewed chicken can help in prevention of acute mastitis. 4. Urinary Retention
