The maneuvering of surgical equipments inside the patient was made easier and as a result, the procedure was seen more successful than the traditional method.
There is no compulsion as to whether or not robotic hysterectomy is recommended for a patient to opt in the midst of other hysterectomy treatments. As far as researches are concerned, it may be advantageous to some women, but there is no clear evidence that suggest that. Nevertheless, it is totally up to the patient whether to undergo this procedure via robotic means or otherwise.
